I know I have not written in A while. Sorry about that. Just been really busy with Patrols and training. We had A chance to Patrol the villages. It was pretty fun. I ended up being the Saw Gunner. For those who dont now what A Saw Gun is, it is A fully automatic machine gun that spits out 800 rounds per minute. Its called the m249 SAW (Squad Automatic Weapon) It weighs about 25lbs with an Amo Drum. Trust me, it gets heavy after walking with it and your other equipment for 8miles!! I was hating life on the first day!!!

They say that we will get 30 days of Combat Leave. Hope everyone had A Happy New Year. I missed out on all the holidays this year!!
